The first thing I was impressed with was that I got a live person to talk to the first time I called. Second, Kevin said he’d be right over and to not try to open or close the garage door. There was a service call fee of $95 and I was sure I was going to be spending more than that. As promised, he came right over and expertly diagnosed the problem. Now, he could have easily sold me a new door since it looked pretty bad to me. However, instead, he showed me what had happened & the 3 parts that needed to be replaced. Instead of spending $2000+ for a new door, I spend less than $150! Seriously!! Amazing customer service with super knowledgeable and honest technicians… I’m honestly not sure why anyone would use anyone else. Also appealing to me is that it’s a local family business. Within 30 minutes, Tommy was at my house at 10:00 pm on … More a Sunday!. He was professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He replaced the motor, helped set up my remotes and pads and my garage was back in operation.
